We do our best to display product details and pricing accurately, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders that were placed based on incorrect information. All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or limit any order at our discretion. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and must be received before we ship. You are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees applicable to your destination.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. Please review our Shipping & Returns information for current rates and timelines.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original condition with tags attached. Final-sale items are not eligible for return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.

All content on the Site — including the TOGGO Goods name, logo, designs, photos, and copy — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use it without our written permission.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to interfere with its operation, scrape content, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
